Trips & More More – Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Greetings from Trips & More More website (also known as "Trips & More More," "we," "our," and "us" together as the "Site"). We only provide this Site to clients so that they may find out about travel-related information, confirm the availability of travel-related goods and services, make valid bookings, or do other business with travel suppliers. The Site is subject to the terms and conditions listed below. By using the Site, whether to research information, book travel (via this Site or by calling the contact center), or for any other reason, you willingly accept these Terms & Conditions and understand that they apply to all travel arrangements you make with us.

If you object to any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site or make bookings with us. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice, and at any time. Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately. If you continue to use the Site after any modifications to the Terms and Conditions become public, you are deemed to have agreed to them. Please check this page regularly to determine if there have been any updates.

All statements in these Terms & Conditions about Trips & More More, including the disclaimers, are made on behalf of our parent firms, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

YOU AGREE TO THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

Trips & More More is not the principal operator when making travel arrangements with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, trip consolidators, traveler assistance service providers, railroads, holiday planners, car rental agencies, insurance providers, and activity suppliers (each a "Travel Supplier") for travel-related services such as air travel, hotel bookings, cruise line operators, and car rental (each a "Service Element").

By using this site, you agree and accept that the rates provided by Trips & More More and related businesses are the result of discussions involving Trips & More More and the individual Travel Suppliers, and these include fees charged by the Travel Suppliers for their services, taxes, and other expenses. When you make a reservation with any Travel Supplier via this Site, you authorize Trips & More More and its related companies to complete the booking on your behalf with the Travel Suppliers for the total price stated, which includes any fees and applicable taxes or charges linked to the Travel Supplier's or Trips & More More's offerings.

Trips & More More is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies on the website, nor for the conduct of any third parties (Travel Suppliers), like but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, tour operators, trip consolidators, holiday packages, travel assistance providers, railroads, activity suppliers, and travel insurance firms, from whom you buy services through this Site.

Trips & More More offers travel management services without making any guarantees or claims about the products or services provided by third-party vendors, their financial status, or their ability to compensate you for any damages incurred as a result of the aforementioned suppliers' financial situation. Trips & More More is not responsible for the actions of Travel Suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, tour operators, trip consolidators, holiday packages, travel assistance service providers, railroads, activity suppliers, and travel insurance firms, from whom you buy services via this Site.

Trips & More More does not promote, guarantee, or insure the goods or services offered by a third-party vendor, their financial state, or their promise to compensate you for any damages caused as a result of that supplier's financial condition when providing travel management services.

Trips & More More explicitly denies any responsibility for travel service-related conduct beyond its or its employees' direct control, except for what is specifically stated below. This policy does not apply to situations involving losses, damage, delays, injuries, accidents, irregularities, nonperformance, or any other actions or inactions by a Travel Supplier for which Trips & More More is not held accountable or responsible.

Trips & More More is not responsible for any price changes, schedule changes, equipment changes, or accommodations made after a trip service has been confirmed and paid for.

Trips & More More will not be held responsible if your trip booking is disrupted due to a strike, weather occurrence, overbooking, postponement, re-routing, or government event. Trips & More More is not responsible for how any supplier markets the travel-related products and services it offers, including but not limited to images, stated amenities, reviews, or incentives. Trips & More More's additional services may benefit both passengers and Travel Suppliers. Trips & More More accepts no responsibility for the actions of the suppliers it employs to get travel-related services.

Trips & More More is not liable for the final currency conversion or exchange rates when purchasing global travel-related products or services. You acknowledge and agree that currency conversion rates can fluctuate, and that any prices displayed on the Site in local currency are merely recommendations and do not represent a binding commitment between you and us or the Travel Supplier.

After making travel arrangements and payments, there may be a cost associated with canceling or obtaining a refund from the seller of travel products or services. After tickets are issued, there may be some additional charges for cancelation and refunds.

While certain tickets could be labeled BT (bulk fare), others may have a predetermined value that differs (lower or higher) from the fare collected. We have no influence over the listed ticket prices.

Discounts can differ depending on the airline, service, location, season (low, mid, or high), advance notice provided, minimum stay criteria met, and flight load.

Trips & More More does not guarantee, encourage, verify, or promote the products or services of other advertisers that appear on our website. If you book with us, there may be extra terms and conditions for booking and buying travel-related products and services. Performing so, you may enter into an agreement with a Travel Supplier.

Please take the time to read the additional terms and conditions offered by the Travel Supplier. You agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions stipulated by any Travel Supplier with whom you decide to enter into a contract, which includes but is not limited to, prompt payment of the due amount and compliance with the Travel Supplier's policies and regulations governing the use and access of fares, products, and services.

Certain travel suppliers may request a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to pay for any additional charges incurred while staying there or using the reserved services or products.

Payments made to Trips & More More for hotel, car, or airline reservations are unrelated to the deposit. You acknowledge that breaking a Travel Supplier's policies may result in the cancelation of your booking(s), denial of access to the appropriate Service Element(s), loss of any payments made for those bookings(s), and/or a charge to your account for any expenses accrued as a result of the infringement.

BOOKING PROCESS

For your convenience, we have included the following definitions for the terminology used throughout this Terms and Conditions:

"Service Element" refers to any individual product or service that is accessible through booking on the Site without the requirement for any other services. (For example: transportation, accommodation, or airfare).

"Travel Supplier" is an entity that provides one or more services. (e.g., hotels, car dealers, airlines). Instead of serving as primary, Trips & More More coordinates the above-mentioned Service Elements with third-party providers, the Travel Suppliers.

"Booking" signifies the act of negotiating one or more Service Elements with a Travel Supplier through this Site. When we approve your offer and receive the full payment, the negotiating process with the Travel Supplier could give rise to a contract.

The following steps are required to ensure the legitimacy of a Booking to finalize it:

We invite you to put forward an offer for the purchase of Service Elements once they are listed on our website. This deal is not valid unless you select "Book" on the Site's "Review Trip Details and Book" checkout page.

When you do this, you basically make an irreversible offer to Trips & More More to purchase the appropriate Service Element(s) from the applicable Travel Supplier(s) (your "Booking"). At our discretion, we may accept or reject the offer you make on behalf of the appropriate Travel Supplier.

The email confirmation from Trips & More More is merely a notification that we received your offer; it does not constitute contractual acceptance of the booking. The availability of the required Service Element(s) has to be confirmed as well.

Your Booking will be processed if the corresponding Service Element is available. Once complete payment is received, the applicable Booking contract is created.

The contract between you and the appropriate Travel Supplier only covers Service Elements that have been confirmed through email, such as booking details for flights, hotels, cars, or activities, as applicable.

The terms of your Booking are not guaranteed unless you and the Travel Supplier enter into a contract, a ticket is issued, or a booking has been made and validated by the Travel Supplier. Please keep in mind that, once the Booking process is completed, we retain the right to cancel or change any component of your Booking, including names or destinations, at our sole discretion and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

These Booking processes will be subject to the Terms & Conditions listed for each of our distinct Service Elements below. Any topics that are not covered during the Booking process are complemented by the terms and conditions for the flight ticket, hotel, auto rental, attractions, and services. We retain the right to change the booking process at any moment. Changes take immediate effect from the day they go live on the Site.

Throughout your journey, a valid government-issued photo ID will be necessary for security checks at airports, accommodations, and car rental facilities. This ID may also be required by the applicable Travel Suppliers for verification of any items or services obtained during the Booking process.

In addition to the previously specified government-issued identification, overseas travelers must have a passport that serves as proof of citizenship. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet the criteria for a passport, visa, and/or health insurance in the nations that you intend to visit and those through which you will travel. Many nations require that your passport remain valid for at least a particular period of time beyond the date of arrival. If you have any queries concerning the appropriate minimum period, other conditions, or passport/visa requirements, please contact the appropriate local consulate of the nations that you will be visiting.

If any of the conditions listed above are not followed, you will not be eligible for a refund, and neither Trips & More More nor its associated companies will accept responsibility for your refusal of boarding, delay, or deportation.

Depending on where you're traveling, there may be government entry or exit fees. These will be added to your Booking fees and are solely your responsibility. If you have multiple passengers on the booking, they must all take the same route. You cannot modify the number of passengers on your reservation.

If a pricing error occurs, Trips & More More will make the necessary fixes and, if applicable, give you the option of canceling the Booking or allowing Trips & More More to charge your credit or debit card an amount equal to the resulting price increase before you depart.

Each Service Element listed in your booking is provided by the applicable Travel Supplier. You may or may not be able to apply frequent flyer points and/or miles to any portion of your booking. You have to verify this with the right travel supplier. You cannot transfer or change the name(s) or destination(s) provided in your Booking once it has been successfully confirmed.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your Booking shall be completed on the delivery date provided in your email with ticket details, or on the date the ticket is delivered if no delivery date is given.

The terms of each airline's contract of carriage are included herein by reference. Passengers can inspect the whole contract of carriage at the ticket offices in each airline's airport or city. Passengers may acquire the entire text of the contract of carriage free of charge from the airlines by mail or other delivery method upon request.

The contract of carriage may include the following terms:

(1) Limitations on the airline's liability for passenger physical injury or death;

(2) Limitations on the time in which passengers may submit a claim or begin a lawsuit against the airline for its actions or neglect or those of its agents; and

(3) Restrictions on the airline's responsibility for the loss, damage, or delay of products and baggage, particularly fragile or perishable commodities;

(4) The airline's rights to modify the terms of the agreement.

(5) Regulations governing booking reconfirmation, check-in times, and refusals to carry;

(6) The airline's rights and limits in the event of non-performance or delays in service delivery, including rerouting, scheduling adjustments, and the replacement by a different airline or aircraft.

PRICING, TAXES/FEES, AND PAYMENT:

Except as stated in your ticket confirmation email or these Terms & Conditions, our total costs include all taxes and fees associated with your Booking, including travel, accommodation, car rentals, and activities. At check-in, the relevant Travel Supplier will charge additional fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservation expenses, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service fees. You are solely responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Travel Supplier. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact the relevant travel supplier directly.

Liability insurance, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, collision damage waiver, drop-off fees, gas, sky racks, child safety seats, and incidental hotel room charges (phone, movies, energy surcharges, and any necessary tax increases) are not included in the prices quoted for the service element(s). All of these charges have to be completed at the time of rental car pickup or at the hotel check-in counter.

The quoted rates exclude any extra fuel surcharges for flights or other surcharges imposed on a regular basis by the applicable Travel Supplier or authorities; these levies are your responsibility to pay.

Full payment is required at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. Trips & More More accepts all major credit and debit cards with validated billing addresses.

By submitting this form, you authorize Trips & More More and its authorized third-party partners to charge the full amount of your Booking to the credit or debit card you provide.

We may contact you before your travel to complete your payment for the itinerary you booked and/or the tickets you received.

We will contact you using the information you provided.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to contact you or if your money is not received by the scheduled departure date.

To confirm approved card usage and/or to secure any additional costs, the applicable Travel Supplier(s) may need you to present a valid credit or debit card upon check-in at the hotel and/or at the car rental company's pick-up location. The cardholder must be one of the passengers listed in your booking.

All booking offers, prices, and terms may be subject to the following:

  • Change without prior notice.
  • Prior purchase, eligibility, seating, and other conditions;
  • Travel restrictions include travel dates, days, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout periods, stopovers, and waitlisting.
  • Reservations are valid for a maximum of 12 months (any extension might result in fees or restrictions).
  • Additional criteria or limitations;

If your itinerary includes a final destination or stops in a country other than the one from which you depart, the terms of the "Warsaw Convention" treaty may apply to the entire trip, including any section entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention regulates and could restrict certain airlines' liability for passenger deaths, personal injuries, and baggage loss or damage.

A reservation is not considered finalized until it is confirmed or ticketed. To protect our clients, we check with the credit/debit card issuer to ensure that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided are correct and that your debit/charge will be allowed. Until this information is verified, the fare may change.

We are not liable for any payments that are declined because of a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a Travel Supplier, or if the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number can't be verified in a timely manner, we liable for any fare changes or other charges that may occur during the verification process.

PRICE DROP ASSURANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

With Price Drop Assurance, an extra service, you authorize us to explore new ticket deals that you might have missed. If we find any, we will issue you a Trips & More More gift card or voucher.

If you opt for the Price Drop Assurance service, we will analyze your precise itinerary (travel dates, airports, passengers, airlines, and flights) for an additional 24 hours after you book your ticket(s) to look for further opportunities to save money. You allow us to rebook your ticket(s) for the same itinerary that you previously booked if we find a better deal.

You will then be given a gift card for the amount saved, which you can use to book future flights with Trips & More More. In exchange for offering this service, we will keep a percentage of the savings as a rebooking fee.

The price reduction assurance scheme does not ensure savings. If we are unable to find significant additional savings on your individual route (usually $30 or more), your original tickets stay valid, but we will be unable to provide you with any additional benefits. Not all airlines or itineraries offer this assurance, however, it will be mentioned if available.

Please be advised that if we reissue your tickets to give the additional discounts stated above, you will get a new confirmation email containing the amended ticket number(s) assigned to you. If you sign up for Price Drop Assurance, we strongly advise you not to buy any additional services from the airline, including seats or pre-paid extra baggage, until the 24-hour search period has expired.

IN SUCH CASES, CALL YOUR PREFERRED AIRLINES AND ASK THEM TO INCLUDE THE EXTRA ANCILLARY SERVICES SELECTED WITH THE NEW TICKET AFTER THE 24-HOUR SEARCH PERIOD HAS LAPSED.

Trips & More More is unable to guarantee that such requests will be granted because airline regulations may restrict the ability to transfer additional services to new tickets or require that such services be non-refundable. It should be mentioned that if you use a debit card for this service, you may get the cash reserved for the original ticket purchase within 5-7 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Refund claims must be received within 24 hours of the initial reservation to be fully processed. Additional costs may be refunded if they meet the initial cost restrictions.

SIGNING UP FOR PRICE DROP ASSURANCE MEANS YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND (IF ELIGIBLE) ON THE ORIGINAL TICKET TO APPLY ANY REFUND TO THE PURCHASE OF THE REBOOKED TICKET AND OUR REBOOKING FEE AFTER WE HAVE STARTED THE REBOOKING PROCESS. THE REBOOKED TICKETS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AIRLINE'S RULES AND RESTRICTIONS, AS WELL AS Trips & More More'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND TO THE SAME EXTENT AS THE ORIGINAL TICKET(S).

GOVERNING LAWS & CLAIMS

Except for clauses relating to conflict or choice of law, the rights of the parties hereto and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in conformity with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any claim must be made within two years of the date it began or occurred unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. Residents of New Jersey are not covered by the aforementioned clause.

CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, AND PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS: WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE ALL WAIVE OUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. WE ALL AGREE THAT EVERY DISPUTE WILL BE BROUGHT IN THE INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY OF THE PARTIES.

REGARDING THE CLAIMS ADDRESSED BY THIS CLAUSE, ALL OF US WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, MASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING, OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIMS ARE BROUGHT BEFORE ANY OTHER COURT OR TRIBUNAL, ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION, OR ARE SMALL CLAIMS. YOU HAVE KNOWINGLY GIVEN UP CERTAIN RIGHTS AND CONSENTED TO THEM. ANY DISAGREEMENT REGARDING WHETHER A CLAIM IS FILED AS A CLASS ACTION, MASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING, OR A SIMILAR PROCEEDING NEEDS TO BE SETTLED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT

We will try our best to resolve any disputes or claims you may have against Trips & More More if you send an in-depth account of your complaint to info@tripsandmoremore.com. We both agree that the matter should be settled fairly. You acknowledge that unless we are unable to resolve your claim directly with you within 60 days after we receive your claim description and you've made a good-faith effort to do so during that time, you may not start any arbitration or court procedures.

If, after 60 days, we are unable to reach a fair resolution via good faith efforts, you or we may choose to proceed with arbitration or small claims court.

All issues must be resolved through legally binding arbitration via AAA unless each party files a proper small claims court claim on its own.

Procedures in small claims court: If a dispute falls under the purview of a small claims court, either party may elect to bring it there rather than seek arbitration. Any party may, for convenience's sake, request that the matter be heard in the small claims court located in their home county or the one nearest to their place of residence. New York County, New York, USA's small claims court is another place you can submit a claim.

The parties do not have to file with the AAA in order to start minor claims court proceedings. A party filing a case with the AAA may advise the other party and the AAA in writing that the case should be handled in small claims court before the arbitrator is assigned to the case. The case will be administratively closed without any further investigation after AAA receives this notice. If there is a dispute regarding whether a claim is subject to small claims court jurisdiction, the court in question, not an arbitrator, must resolve it. This kind of disagreement will not be resolved through arbitration until the small claims court determines that the claim is outside of its purview, which could take some time.

An arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit filed in court. Instead of a jury or judge, arbitration uses a neutral arbiter, and the court often only has limited authority to review arbitration decisions. A court may grant the same relief and compensation as an arbitrator, subject to the following restrictions.

The Terms and Conditions shall be applied by the arbitrator in the same manner as by a court.

The AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol, the Statement of Principles, and the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (the "AAA Rules"), as modified by this Agreement, shall govern and be administered throughout the arbitration. The Consumer Due Process Protocol, Statement of Principles, and AAA Rules are available for viewing online here or by calling 1-800-778-7879. The sole cost to begin arbitration will be US $200; all other expenses will be borne by the Company. However, in the case of California arbitrations, the arbiter cannot award the winning party expenses and legal fees incurred during the arbitration provided the arbitrator concludes that the allegations were frivolous.

Any arbitration carried out in compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C., Secs. 1-16, the "FAA"). If there is a disagreement on how to interpret this arbitration clause, the FAA will also apply substantive law. The parties and AAA are required to abide by the following guidelines:

(a) One arbitrator who is a member of or authorized by AAA will preside over the arbitration.

(b) The party that started the arbitration may decide to exclusively consider written submissions, and conduct the hearing in person, over the phone, or online.

(c) In spite of the foregoing, in the event that a party asks for an in-person hearing:

(i) The arbitrator will determine whether a hearing is necessary and if the arbitration should take place entirely through written submissions, over the phone, or online.

(ii) Should a hearing be required, it will take place at a venue selected by the arbitrator that is convenient for the parties, or at a location decided upon by the parties.

(iii) Unless otherwise agreed, any party may attend a hearing in person by telephone.

(d) The arbitrator is not entitled to unless otherwise allowed by law, the parties hereby forgo any rights to seek any of the following damages:

A judgment rendered by any court with jurisdiction may be based on the arbitrator's decision. Parties may request interim relief from a court with the appropriate jurisdiction to support arbitration, regardless of the required arbitration clause.

ADVICE TO INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS

The terms of the Montreal Convention and Warsaw Convention are applicable for the entire duration of a passenger's travel. The Conventions specify the rules and, for the most part, place restrictions on the carriers' responsibility to safeguard passengers from harm or death. In general, getting insurance through a private provider may result in more security. Any restrictions on the carrier's responsibility established by the Montreal or Warsaw Conventions do not apply to this insurance.

LINKS

The Site provides links to other websites either as a service to you or as an advertisement for other vendors and suppliers, whether or not they are associated with travel. We disapprove of all of these vendors and providers, and we take no responsibility for any financial interactions, privacy statements, or other information on these websites. Any other website you use is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to read its terms and conditions. Furthermore, you should confirm that any software you download from this or any other website, as well as any links you choose to click on, are free of malware or other potentially dangerous programs.

OUR FEES AND EXCEPTIONS

Apart from the charges and levies levied by every travel supplier, Trips & More More maintains the right to apply a service fee, as stated below. The prices for All Trips & More More are set based on the number of passengers and each ticket, and they are typically non-refundable.

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

The date or name of our tickets, hotels, cars, packages, and cruises cannot normally be changed once a reservation has been made; any changes to the itinerary will be determined by airline fare restrictions. Trips & More More does not guarantee and will not be held responsible for any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you by the supplier, whether at the supplier's request or as a result of changes in the provider's schedule.

CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

The majority of our airline tickets have a no-return policy. The passenger may apply the credit toward the price of a subsequent ticket on the same airline if the airline allows a cancelation. The credit from the airline supplier usually has an expiration date, after which it is no longer valid. We suggest that you discuss any further credit limits with a customer service agent. If you would like to cancel any such booking before the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment, your sole option is to get in touch with our customer care center. We don't promise anything regarding cancelations. When you decide to use your airline credit for a new reservation, you will be liable for paying the applicable Trips & More More post-ticketing fee, any applicable airline penalties, and any appropriate pricing difference, if any. Any such changes are subject to the fare rules, procedures, and policies of each airline, over which we have no control.

We make no further representations on our exchange rates; instead, a specialist will assist you in identifying the preferred new flights and attempt to rebook them subject to availability and other considerations.

MULTIPLE AIRLINE ITINERARIES

If you are booked to travel with any airlines, please make sure you read their terms and conditions thoroughly. These are available on each of their separate web pages. Every one of these carriers will have different policies, costs, and restrictions. In the event that an airline modifies (by canceling or rescheduling, for example) and there is a problem with one of these flights, the traveler may be responsible for any costs or penalties associated with adjusting the other itinerary. Airlines may charge extra for requests for refunds, alternatives, or changes. You must abide by the specific policies and guidelines of each airline, which can differ (e.g., check-in hours and luggage size/weight restrictions). It is recommended that you print the sections of your e-ticket confirmation that relate to the departure and return before departing for every flight. You may be asked to present identification or a return ticket at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Most of our airline tickets, hotel rooms, pre-paid car rentals, holiday packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Call cancelations are the only accepted form of cancelation. Refund requests won't be examined until the conditions listed below are met:

  • If you have requested a refund through us and the fare laws permit cancelations.
  • Since the majority of "no show" reservations will not be eligible for refunds, there is no provider waiver in the event that you were a "no show."
  • Through the procurement of exemptions from the suppliers, we were able to fulfill this request for cancelation and compensation.

We are unable to provide you with an exact time period for when this requested refund will be processed. Refund requests are processed in the order that they are received. We will communicate with you to let you know that we have received your request once you send it to our customer care representative. Upon getting this information, you are not immediately eligible for reimbursement. As a result, all you will get is a tracking number and an acknowledgment that your request has been received. We will work with the suppliers—hotels, airlines, and car rental businesses, among others—to create a waiver that satisfies those conditions as soon as we get your request, and we'll notify you of their decision. All payments made to us for travel arrangements, including the initial reservation price, are not refundable. Please be advised that we depend on our suppliers to give us the reimbursements that we ask for.

Once the provider has approved the refund, it can take some time for it to show up on your credit card statement. Refunds are often subject to a fee from all retailers. It may take anywhere from sixty to ninety days for the entire procedure to be completed after your request is authorized before you see a credit on your account. Trips & More More may impose penalties on refunds to airlines and other suppliers in addition to a post-ticketing fee. Refund is computed for every ticket and every passenger.

These expenses will only be charged if a waiver is granted, the airline permits such returns, or the supplier allows a reimbursement. If the supplier decides not to fulfill your agent-assisted refund request, we will repay you for our post-ticketing service fees; but, we will not pay back our booking fees for the original trip reservation or booking.

PROMO CODES

Even while Trips & More More periodically offers discount coupons that are often valid for reservations and bookings made online for travel, some special discounts might only be used when calling our customer service center. If you would like to get discount coupons by email, then don't hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter. The maximum savings that may be achieved with any Trips & More More coupon code is the sum of our service costs. Trips & More More promo codes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. To be eligible for the discount, a valid promo code needs to be entered in the promo code form on the payment page. If the code is not entered, the discount is void and cannot be applied. If the code is not accepted or if a coupon link is broken due to technical difficulties, you can choose not to purchase the product or service in question; nevertheless, after the transaction is finalized, there will be no refund.

Offers for Trips & More More discount codes are subject to change or expire at any moment without prior warning, even if they are featured on other websites. Rejecting the transaction might be your sole option if there are any technical problems. If the promotion is taken down, the promo code becomes invalid and expires when entered into the website or system. At that point, you can choose to either proceed at the original cost or cancel it. That's when your purchase is finalized. There will be no billing or charging after the transaction for any reason other than the total price shown, whether or not the promotional code is included. Trips & More More promo codes aren't compatible with other discounts. We reserve the right to reject any transaction, including one in which the promo value is incorrect, even after the booking is finalized and a booking confirmation is issued.

Terms of Promo Code

The greatest amount that the discount can be applied to is the value of the promo code per transaction or the lower of the transaction service fees. The discount varies based on the transaction service fees paid for that ticket or reservation.

You must enter the promo code at checkout in order to benefit from this offer. This promotion may be terminated or changed without notice.

FARE CHANGES AND POST-PAYMENT PRICE GUARANTEE

You may be informed of any changes in the flight prices or other relevant information before your payment method is accepted and successfully processed. At that point, you will have the choice to approve or reject the transaction. If you choose not to complete the transaction, there will be no charges.

We promise that, after your credit or debit card payment is properly accepted and processed, we will honor the full final quoted price of the airline tickets, regardless of any changes or variations in the price of air travel. We call this our Post Payment Price Guarantee.

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Debit and credit cards from the US, UK, and several other countries are accepted. Please be advised that the whole amount may be charged to your credit or debit card more than once. If your credit/debit card or any other payment method is not accepted or processed, we will notify you within a day (other payment methods may take longer). You may be informed of any changes to the airfare or other costs prior to the proper processing and approval of your payment method. After that, you can choose to approve or disapprove the transaction. Should you choose not to finish this purchase, there are no costs.

We promise that, after your credit or debit card payment is properly accepted and processed, we will honor the final quoted price of the airline tickets, regardless of any changes or fluctuations in the cost of air travel. We call this our Post Payment Price Guarantee. It should be noted that reservations for lodging, car rentals, tours, and activities are not finalized until complete confirmation information is sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking. Occasionally, confirmation may need payment in advance. To help protect you, our systems may flag some transactions as high-risk. When this occurs, we will hold off on completing the purchase until our credit card verification staff indicates that it is secure to proceed. We might get in touch with you or your bank to confirm the authenticity of these transactions.

TICKET DELIVERY

Most tickets are electronic, or "e-Tickets" as they are commonly called. However, in the event that an electronic ticket is unavailable for a particular itinerary, paper tickets might be supplied. Please verify the delivery costs again before confirming the reservation. Trips & More More will use a secure delivery channel to transmit the paper ticket, product, or service if an electronic ticket cannot be given for a specific reservation or if another product or service needs to be supplied.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

All credit cards need to have a valid and active billing address.

Reservations and pricing are subject to change until the provider issues a ticket. Holiday package, hotel, and car rental reservations are not confirmed until you get an email with a confirmation number.

When you make a purchase using your credit or debit card, we "hold" the money for a little while and ask for permission to complete the entire intended transaction. To remove the hold, your credit or debit card company will be contacted if we are unable to validate your reservation. Until then, you will not be able to use the money that has been frozen for any other purpose.

We will let you know within a day if your credit card is denied for any reason. Entering credit card information does not always ensure a booking or ticket confirmation.

Trips & More More uses strict security procedures while processing credit card payments. Any fraudulent transactions are reported to airport security, federal, state, and airline security agencies.

Once the transaction is complete and you receive your tickets and/or other products by email confirmation or shipment, you agree to pay using your credit card in full and to give up the right to challenge charges. If you lawfully acquire a service from our website and there is a chargeback or credit card dispute, you agree to reimburse Trips & More More.

When a user accepts these terms and conditions and proceeds with the purchase, an online credit card transaction is approved on their behalf.

Our credit card verification team will not process transactions that our systems have identified as high risk unless they determine that it is safe to do so. To verify the authenticity of these transactions, we might get in touch with you or your bank.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES

We will attempt to email you within 72 hours if your credit card is declined at the time your transaction is made. Kindly refrain from making a new reservation; we'll attempt again to process your payment within the next 24 hours. Should your credit card be denied, the purchase will not be completed. There is no assurance with regard to the fare or any other booking data. You are entitled to a free reservation cancelation in the event that the fare changes. This will not be subject to any service fees.

SEATS, MEALS, FREQUENT FLYERS, AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS

Your requests for special treatment, meals, tickets, and frequent flier miles are just that—requests. We make no guarantees about the results, and the fees we charge for addressing these specific demands are not refundable for the work we conduct on your behalf. We are unable to ensure that you will be assigned the seat or seats of your choosing. Furthermore, we are unable to guarantee that the airline will honor your specific needs for meals, frequent flyer miles, or other necessities. In order to ensure that you are aware of these criteria prior to your departure date, it is essential that you swiftly confirm them with your airline directly.

BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

Should you carry more baggage than the airline allows, you may be responsible for any additional baggage fees. These days, most airlines charge for luggage, even for the first bag checked in, therefore in order to save money, we suggest packing small. Checked baggage might cost anywhere from $15 to $200 or more, depending on the size and weight of the bag. These costs must be paid in full to the airline at the time of service. It is advised that you contact the airline right away to learn the most recent information regarding baggage policies and extra fees.

BAGGAGE POLICY ON CONNECTING FLIGHTS

If your connecting flight involves two or more carriers, you may need to pick up your bags and recheck in at the connecting airport before you may continue your travel. If you have more luggage than you need in these situations, you are liable for any excess baggage fees that each airline imposes. Because most airlines now charge for even the first bag checked in, we advise packing minimally to avoid paying excessive baggage costs. For information on airline baggage check-in costs, please see our Baggage Policy section.

AIRLINE OPTIONAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Depending on the airline or airlines operating your flight(s), we may from time to time offer you the chance to purchase airline-optional products and services through us that comes with your ticket(s), such as checked baggage and preferred seat assignments.

These additional products and services will be made available to you by the airline(s), and the amount you pay for them will be deducted from your ticket in accordance with the availability and terms of service of each airline. Moreover, we cannot guarantee that the airline(s) are going to abide by our demands; hence, any expenses we incur to get these additional services and items on your behalf are not recoverable for the rendered services.

It is strongly recommended that you investigate any restrictions that the airline(s) running your flight(s) may have regarding the extra goods and services you purchase from us.

You understand that we are merely serving as the airline's marketing company with reference to any add-on products and services. You understand that the total amount we will ever owe you won't be greater than the price of any extra products or services you bought from us. We highly encourage you to contact the operating carrier if you have any questions or issues regarding the use and access of any such additional products or services.

AIRLINES SCHEDULE CHANGES/FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

Airline Policy on Schedule Changes:

We have no control over the modifications and changes that are based on the specific airline's rules, regulations, and policies.

Flight schedules can alter often due to the distinct operational requirements of individual airlines. Both revisions were made on the same day, and they might have taken into account estimates of the amount of travel required on future dates. The flight number, time, date, or itinerary may change, or the flight may be canceled. When an airline ceases operations to certain locations, on certain days of the week, or both, flights may be canceled.

Cancellations:

The following circumstances may lead to schedule changes or cancelations:

  • Peak or high traffic times,
  • slow travel times,
  • modifications to airport gates or terminals,
  • fluctuations in fuel prices,
  • unrest in the community, and
  • bankruptcies

Trips & More More disclaims all liability for flights that are canceled, missed, or fail to connect due to any scheduled changes made by the airlines.

Scheduled Changes Policy:

We try our best to let our clients know if there are any planned changes. It is advised that the traveler confirms the flight schedule directly with the airline at least 72 hours before departure.

Airline-Initiated Schedule Change(s):

Airlines may unintentionally alter schedules for a variety of reasons, such as changes to the aircraft number, the length of the layover, the day of travel, or the aircraft number. Since the airline makes these changes, we are not able to stop them. If the flight's schedule is amended by your airline, you won't be charged more or have your pricing altered.

Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs)

If you bought your ticket through an LCC such as Frontier or Spirit Airlines, please contact your airline immediately. Our representatives are unable to alter LCC reservations.

If you have two one-way tickets and one of your trip flights is being operated by an LCC, kindly follow these instructions. That trip has to be changed, per the LCC's request.

You must get in touch with the LCC directly if you want to modify the reservation.

After your changes have been accepted by the LCC, please contact us if you would like to make any more changes to the non-LCC portion of your trip.

Full-Service Carrier

We work closely with full-service carriers to provide you with an alternative flight option that is as near to your original flight time as is reasonably possible in the case of a schedule change. When we have a flight option, we'll contact you. Some calendar changes can be made without your assistance. In certain circumstances, you may be required to take certain steps based on the information you receive about a schedule change from us and/or the airline.

Prior to Departure

We will notify you via email if an airline changes any of its flights within four hours of your scheduled departure time. This email will be our only means of communication with you if, for any reason, we are unable to get in touch with you. In that event, we will try to use any other information you may have provided. No refunds for any modifications made during the four hours will be given for the tickets. Even for changes that need more than four hours, certain ticket categories may not be eligible for a full refund. Trips & More More disclaims all liability for flights that are delayed, canceled, or don't connect because of airline schedule changes.

Date of Departure

You must speak with an agent at the airline counter if you have already reached the airport. Your options may be limited by severe weather, and even in sunny locations, the weather at your destination or the locations where you're connecting may not be optimal. For updates on the airport, you should closely monitor the weather networks and the airline's website. In case the departure date has already passed, you ought to get in touch with the airline directly.

Customer Obligations

Particularly if they are already en route, customers should check in with the airlines 24 to 72 hours before departure. If there are any updates about flight schedules, keep an eye on your email and respond as soon as you can.

Customer Notifications

We will attempt to send an email and make at least one phone call, depending on the departure date and the airline's schedule alteration. If you don't get in contact with Trips & More More or the airline before you leave, you face the risk of missing your flights, having the value of your tickets canceled, and even having your journey delayed by one to two days or even many weeks until the airline can accommodate you.

Services Provided

Once you've gotten in touch with Trips & More More, we will reach out to the airline on your behalf and try to resolve the matter. In such cases, your only choice might be to cancel the flight and get a refund. If customers don’t honor this promise, they could miss their flight, lose a portion of their reservation, and possibly not be able to reschedule.

We will use every effort to convince the previously listed airlines to protect the passengers' interests once more. In the end, the appropriate airline or airlines make the final choice. If the airline is unable to re-protect the passenger, we will request a refund.

In the event of a flight cancelation, Trips & More More will make every effort to get in touch with the airline, search for other flights, and/or talk about options for refunds.

OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS

Although airline aircraft can become overbooked, there is a very low probability that a seat won't be available on a journey for which the consumer has a confirmed reservation. The contract of carriage contains the airline's specific procedures for handling certain situations. To ensure you get accurate information, it is recommended that you contact the airline directly.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Every airline has its own policies and procedures regarding unaccompanied minors (ages 16 to 18; specific age varies by carrier) riding in aircraft. Please check directly with the airline as age restrictions, surcharges, and unaccompanied minor age limits are subject to change at any time.

  • Certain carriers may refuse to let unaccompanied kids board unless they are escorted by an adult.
  • Only a small number of airlines' nonstop flights allow unaccompanied minors to travel.
  • When a person under the age of eighteen travels with two or more accompanied minors, they are not considered an adult.
  • When you check in, some airlines have the ability to request additional payment.
  • You will need to speak with the airline directly to find out what is required for children traveling unaccompanied.

VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

It is highly recommended that all customers make sure they possess the required travel documents (entry/transit visas) for the country they are visiting or departing from. The consulate or embassy of the nation or nations you are visiting or passing through, as well as the official website here, are trustworthy sources of information about traveling abroad. Trips & More More disclaims all liability if, without the required travel documents, you are denied entry or transit into a nation.

Trips & More More makes no guarantees about the acceptance of your purchase into the country of destination. Determining a passenger's eligibility to enter or pass through a certain country is not Trips & More More's responsibility. If Trips & More More staff members provide any information, it must be confirmed by the relevant authorities. Such information does not indicate that Trips & More More is under any obligation.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

For every flight, it is best to check the schedule by contacting the airline because unforeseen changes may occur. Confirmations for domestic flights are required at least 24 hours prior to departure, and confirmations for international flights must happen at least 72 hours before departure. Upgrades and standbys are usually forbidden. Standby and upgrades are the exclusive domain of their individual carriers. A large percentage of our discounted tickets do not qualify for frequent flyer points. All seat requests will be fulfilled by the airlines.

Please be advised that not every request for a seat will be fulfilled. In the event that you require expedited seat assignment or have any special requirements, including help with a wheelchair or stretcher, please contact the airline right away. We reserve the right to refuse requests for travel to areas under US government control. There may be a passenger duty or departure tax while leaving other nations such as Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The airport collects these taxes from the local government; they are not covered by the initial ticket price.

HUMAN ERROR

We shall make the necessary corrections to any errors made by any of our representatives throughout the reservation process as soon as it is practical. In addition to offering customers a $20 gift card that they can use for future Trips & More More purchases made within a year, Trips & More More also promises to repay customers for the full amount of service fees paid for that particular reservation. If something goes wrong, you have 24 hours from the moment you receive the itinerary to notify us. After a day, Trips & More More will not be held responsible for these errors.

ITINERARY RE-CONFIRMATION

Passengers who have made their own travel arrangements using our online booking system or directly with customer service are in charge of double-checking and confirming names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing—including any changes that affect airports—when making travel plans. Within four hours of completing your booking, you must contact a Trips & More More customer service representative if you find a problem in your itinerary. If you do not get in touch with us via phone four hours after submitting the form, we will assume that your reservation is correct and won't be responsible for any mistakes. You are also asked to review and save the itinerary.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Bringing hazardous items on an aircraft with you or in your luggage is prohibited under federal law. Violations carry a maximum punishment of $250,000 and a potential sentence of five years in prison (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include things like poisons, corrosives, flammable liquids and solids, explosives, compressed gases, and radioactive compounds. A few examples are paints, lighter fluids, explosives, oxygen bottles, tear gas, and radiopharmaceuticals. You are allowed to travel with up to 70 ounces of toiletries and small amounts of medications in your luggage, as well as certain smoking materials on your person. For exact information, please contact your airline directly.

DISINSECTION

The air carrier or foreign air carrier may be obliged, depending on the country of destination, to apply insecticides to an aircraft passenger cabin prior to takeoff or to apply an aerosol pesticide in an aircraft cabin utilized for this type of travel while the cabin is inhabited by people. Further details are available from the US Department of Transportation.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS RULES AND REGULATIONS

We have received images of the hotel and details about its amenities, services, and other offerings from the source. Trips & More More disclaims all obligations for changes for which there isn't a release from the source. Requests for certain facilities, like as non-smoking rooms or a particular kind of linen, are simply that—requests unless the hotel specifies otherwise. Although the majority of hotels will try their best to meet your needs, neither Trips & More More nor the hotel can ensure that your request will always be fulfilled. Certain prices require membership in AARP, AAA, Corporate, Government, or Military. You will need to show identification at check-in to prove that you are eligible for these prices. Hotels are not obligated to honor those prices if you are ineligible or lack the proper documentation. In the event of an early departure, there will be no reimbursement for nights of lodging that are not used. An additional feature offered by certain hotels is an airport shuttle. Always get in touch with the hotel in advance to verify rates and availability. Extras like free breakfast, tour guides, and other benefits can be booked directly with the hotel; these are subject to change and availability.

Pet Policies:

It is essential that you quickly ascertain whether pets are allowed with the accommodation. Trips & More More has no responsibility towards the pet policies of a property. You can get information about the hotel's pet policy, including fees and breed and size restrictions, by speaking with a customer representative directly.

Pre-Paid Bookings:

At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged if you want to pay for your reservation in advance. This cost covers the entire reservation amount (room only). Housekeeping, resort fees, and utility surcharges could all have daily costs. Aside from the main event, there will be extra fees for incidentals like food, parking, phone calls, movies, and games. Prices are guaranteed only at the precise moment of booking confirmation.

Prepaid Reservation Vouchers:

At check-in, certain hotels will require a coupon. The Trips & More More voucher will be sent to the email address you gave when you purchased the ticket. Usually, it's a good idea to check in with a copy of your email confirmation in hand.

Meal Plans:

The food choices you have selected for your stay at the hotel are called meal plans. For instance, you might have reserved a hotel where all meals are included in the cost and are prepared for you. On the other hand, if you've selected an apartment with a kitchen, you'll have to cook for yourself. The meanings and acronyms for meal plans are as follows:

If you notice "Room Only" (RO), it indicates that the cost of your lodging or vacation package does not include meals.

Self-cooking (SC) refers to a vacation package or lodging that includes kitchen amenities for you to prepare light meals but does not include meals in the price.

Breakfast and Bed (BB) indicates that the price of your lodging and/or travel package includes breakfast.

The concept of Half board (HB) includes breakfast and dinner in the cost of your hotel stay and/or vacation package. You may be able to select lunch rather than breakfast in some circumstances; the hotel will confirm this when you check-in.

If your hotel and/or vacation package includes breakfast, lunch, and supper, it's called full board (FB).

The all-inclusive (AI) package includes all meals and locally-made drinks (until midnight, when a cash bar system may be provided). Depending on the kind of lodgings, this might change. You might be able to enjoy entertainment and non-motorized water sports right from your hotel room.

The supplier provided us with details about the products, services, and amenities along with pictures of the hotel. If the supplier has not updated any modifications, Trips & More More is not liable.

Special requests for amenities like nonsmoking rooms or a certain kind of linen must only be made in accordance with the hotel's stated policies. Although the majority of hotels will try their best to meet your needs, neither Trips & More More nor the hotel can ensure that your request will be fulfilled.

Additional Charges:

An additional feature offered by certain hotels is an airport shuttle. Always get in touch with the hotel in advance to verify rates and availability.

You can make direct reservations with the hotel for extras like free breakfast, guided tours, and other benefits; availability and additional costs may apply.

Hotel Changes, Cancelations, and Refunds:

Any changes or cancelations must be made by calling a Trips & More More customer service representative.

No-Show Policy:

A "No-Show" occurs when you don't show up for your reservation on time and don't give any advance notice. You must get in touch with the hotel directly if you are unable to check in for your reservation. You can be fined or lose your entire pre-paid or deposit payment, depending on the hotel's policies.

Hotel Confirmation:

Hotels could take up to 24 hours to provide a confirmation number. When you make a hotel reservation using our website, the process starts. As soon as your reservation request is verified, we are going to send you an email to let you know that we have received it. Please email [email address] with the confirmation number and a phone number where you can be reached if you do not receive an email from Trips & More More. We recommend that you double-check your hotel reservation 24 hours prior to check-in.

The name of the guest is typically kept a secret by many hotels until 72 hours prior to their arrival. Your reservation is safe and assured as soon as you obtain the final confirmation email and/or voucher. To ensure that the hotel has your correct information, we advise getting in touch with them at least three (3) days before the date you plan to arrive.

All About Changes, Cancelations, and Refunds:

Any cancelations or changes must be handled via our customer service representatives.

We are aware that plans occasionally change. The following is a list of additional cancelation and change rules. The property may cause changes to the following policies:

During busy seasons or popular big events (like the Olympics, the Super Bowl, or New Year's Eve in Times Square), many hotels may change their cancelation policy.

Payment, Taxes, and Fees:

When your hotel reservation is confirmed, taxes and fees will be charged to your debit or credit card. This price includes an estimate of the taxes (such as sales and use tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, value-added tax, and/or other comparable taxes) that we paid the hotel in relation to your reservation. The tax amount in certain locations could also include extra levies or government-imposed service fees that the hotel is required by law to collect but does not actually pay to the tax authorities. There's a chance that the tax amount we estimate and include in the charge to you will be different from the amount you pay the hotel in connection with your reservation. We keep the remaining tax and fee in addition to the payment we receive for our services. The hotel, the area in which you stay, and any profit we make all play a role in determining how much taxes and fees you pay.

For new reservations, Trips & More More will charge booking service fees, which can amount to as much as $40 per room each night. All booking costs for Trips & More More hotels are not refundable in terms of changes, cancelations, or refunds. In addition to any fines imposed by the supplier, Trips & More More will incur a service fee of up to $25 a night.

We do not collect taxes from clients and send them to the relevant tax authorities, with the exception of what is mentioned below. We receive invoices from our hotel suppliers as vendors, and we pay them directly—including any applicable taxes. We have no affiliation with the company we use to reserve or book your travel arrangements.

There are variations in the taxable items, tax categories, and applicable tax rates according on the locality. The tax that we are required to collect and refund to the jurisdiction for tax owed on cash we retain as compensation for our services is included in the charge to your debit or credit card for taxes and fees for transactions pertaining to hotels located in particular jurisdictions.

The currency conversions are only meant to be used as a basic guide and are based on estimated exchange rates at the time of booking. These are the approximate costs for basic accommodation. Payment for resort fees, daily housekeeping, and room taxes is the responsibility of individual hotels. If applicable, there will be extra charges for incidentals such as food, movies, games, parking, and phone calls.

HOLIDAY PACKAGE RULES AND REGULATIONS

The terms and conditions for the holiday package offered by these Trips & More More terms and conditions take precedence over the terms and conditions for any individual product. In any area not specified by the terms and conditions of the holiday package, the terms and conditions applicable to airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, and activities and services complement one another.

Trips & More More reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the holiday package at any time and without prior notice. The terms and conditions for the Trips & More More holiday package will change on the day they are published on our website. Any previously published and incompatible applicable policies and Terms and Conditions pertaining to any specific travel product included in the Holiday Package shall be superseded by the amended Terms and Conditions, such as but not limited to change and cancelation situations as mentioned below.

There are no refunds or transfers for any one of the holiday packages.

All prices are in USD (United States Dollars), unless otherwise noted.

Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking your Trips & More More holiday package.

Until the entire money is paid, there are no guarantees regarding the holiday package, not even regarding the cost, availability, or travel dates. The terms and conditions of the Trips & More More Holiday Package are officially acknowledged upon full payment.

A valid passport and proof of citizenship are needed for international travel (for all countries other than the United States of America). It is your responsibility to provide the necessary documentation. Visas for transit may be necessary. Please get in touch with the relevant local consulate of the countries you are visiting if you have any questions. A valid government-issued photo ID is always needed for security checks at airports, hotels, rental car pickup locations, tourist sites, and other travel-related products as specified by the suppliers.

When traveling abroad, citizens of the United States must have a valid passport with them.

You might not be reimbursed, the holiday package might only be partially utilized, or you might not be allowed to board the aircraft if you use the wrong travel documents.

The itinerary taken by every traveler in a single booking record must match. Once a passenger is reserved, they cannot be added to or deleted from a Trips & More More holiday package.

You cannot get your name changed. Your bookings are final and cannot be changed to a different name or location.

Cancelation by Suppliers:

A Trips & More More holiday package consists of a number of different travel service providers, including hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and others (collectively, "Travel Supplier"). In the unlikely scenario that a travel supplier cancels any part of your holiday package, we will do everything in our power to find alternate arrangements upon request. But we won't be liable for it and/or the return of any money you spent (together with any incidental, consequential, or other damages) if the Travel Supplier doesn't fulfill its obligations. We make no guarantees or claims regarding information provided by other parties.

A holiday package may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or points on any part of it. Special requests are just that—requests. We will do our best to make acceptable requests to the Travel Supplier, but we cannot guarantee that your exact request will be met.

Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment:

Trips & More More charges service fees for new reservations of up to $50 per passenger, per ticket for flights, $40 per room per night for hotel reservations, and up to $40 for car rental reservations.

Prices and availability are only applicable when purchasing the entire holiday package; they aren't applicable to any individual item. Due to contractual restrictions, Trips & More More is unable to give you a detailed breakdown of the prices related to every item in your holiday package booking.

For the hotel, activities, car rental, and airfare that are part of the holiday package, the rates include all applicable taxes and fees. At the time of check-in, the appropriate travel provider will pay for any applicable service surcharges, additional fuel, baggage, security, seat reservation, incidental hotel, and other expenses. You are solely responsible for any additional expenses that the trip supplier imposes; if you have any queries regarding these fees, please get in touch with the travel supplier. In addition, there may be government entry/exit fees based on your destination.

The following are not included in the price: drop-off fees; gas; sky racks; child safety seats; liability insurance; collision damage waiver; personal effects protection; and incidental hotel room charges (phone, movies, energy surcharges, and any relevant tax hikes). These costs have to be covered when the guest checks into the hotel or where the rental car is picked up.

Upon booking, a valid credit card must be used to make the whole payment. All major credit cards are accepted by Trips & More More, as long as the billing address is verified as being in the US or Canada.

By reserving a holiday package with Trips & More More and its approved third parties, you agree to have your credit card charged the entire cost of the package.

According to Travel Suppliers, you will need to show a valid credit card when you check into a hotel or at the place where the car rental operator is picking you up. This is to ensure that the card is used as permitted and/or to pay for any unforeseen expenses. The passenger named on the reservation must be the cardholder.

Debit cards might not be accepted by all travel merchants. Before you arrive, confirm immediately with the travel agency.
