(1) Our flight tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Refund choices are only available if Trips & More More authorizes your refund request or the travel supplier's policies indicate that you are eligible for one. This also certifies that you are not a "no show" case, and that we will only process a cancellation or refund request if we can acquire a waiver from the supplier.

All service fees displayed on the website are in USD, unless specified otherwise
Passenger type = Adult, child, infant, student, senior, military.
Service fees charged on changes, cancellations and refunds, and any future credits is charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis.
Our service fees or booking fees, all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and may change without any prior notice. Our fees are in addition to service charges as levied by any airline and/or travel supplier.
Government taxes and fees may change without prior notice. You will only be charged the final amount displayed or as quoted by our booking expert.
(3) Special Services - All Special Services are made on request ONLY and depend on the specific airline's review & approval based on their rules, regulations and policies.
Name Misspelling- The passenger's name on the ticket does not match the information on the passport or any other globally acceptable official ID.
Denied Boarding- We need verified documents that show you were denied boarding for your planned departure flight.
Duplicate Tickets - Before we can handle your refund request, we require copies of all tickets that reflect the exact same itinerary you booked with us.
No-Show - We need necessary documents confirming your legitimate inability to make your scheduled departure.
Baggage - Please retain the baggage receipts & tags until the entire trip is completed
Visa/Passport Decline - Visa/Passport decline letter is normally required to process requests
