* Passengers include adults, children, students, seniors, military personnel, and infants. Typically, these transaction costs are non-refundable and may change at any time. In the event of a cancellation, the transaction and service fees are nonrefundable.

The following items are not covered by the previously specified service fees:
- Up to $200 in service costs per passenger for first- and business-class flight tickets purchased online.
- Service fees for open-jaw and multi-city reservations can cost up to $100 per passenger.
- In cities with high fraud rates, service fees per traveler can reach $40.
- Service fees of up to $55 per passenger for alternate dates and nearby airports.
- Service fees for unaccompanied minor tickets may exceed $100 per traveler.
- When booking a cruise, service fees can go up to $200 per passenger
- Contact center service fees:
Contact center bookings may have higher service fees than online bookings. This covers intricate multi-stop and international itineraries. Service fees for each passenger may range from $15 to $250 (or up to $125 for seniors).
