When you book with Trips & More More, we guarantee that you've found the cheapest deal available.

To accomplish this, we use the Low Airfare Promise. Under this policy, if you find an all-inclusive ticket cheaper than our given price on a Major OTA within 24 hours of booking, we will match the price and reimburse the difference.

What do we mean by 'same itinerary'?

'Same itinerary' refers to all the elements of the booking to match the offered itinerary. The elements include the airline's name, flight number, date and timing of the flight, number of passengers traveling, and seat type.

Same itinerary means that every aspect of the booking matches, including airline, flight number, travel date, number of passengers, and seat type.

Why should LAP bookings under LAP be 'offered and available'?

You must validate that the itinerary you locate that beats our prices is active on a competitor's website and is ‘offered and available’ for booking at the time of contact. Our customer service agents must be able to access and verify the same.

To use LAP, the cheaper itinerary must be available for booking on a competitor's website when you contact us. You'll need to provide all details and proof to our customer service.

How to notify us about invoking the LAP?

If you want to invoke the LAP, please contact us at info@tripsandmoremore.com or call us at +1-800-801-7917 and provide your Trips & More More booking reference number as well as all of the specifics of the less expensive itinerary, including details such as the airline, aircraft type, itinerary, date, number of passengers, and preferred seat types. Additionally, provide the URL/screenshot to our customer support agent so that they may verify the itinerary. The customer support agent should be able to discover the cheaper fare using the information you provide. We have the right to dismiss claims if they are not validated or you are unable to furnish complete information. Upon verifying, you’ll be given the choice to either cancel your ticket and initiate a refund for the difference, or to retain your itinerary.

Is there an exception applicable to LAP?

Yes, there are specific exclusions to the LAP, as follows:

Exclusions: Group and bulk packages, student tickets, military tickets, vacation packages, and government rates. Additionally, any fare errors are also excluded.
